The art of real connection requires us to: Slow Down The Culture Impact Lab was inspired by the lack of genuine connection and action that transpired at work related and industry conferences and gatherings - which are slowly beginning to become a ritualist stalemate, a mirror of what workplace culture has become and is actively being challenged. We thought how strange it was that in creating workplace culture we had deviated so far from the things that make us most human and feel most connected with each other. So why have a brilliant architect and designer and like Adamo Gumowski from STUTTIO talk about the art of connection? Communication and connection is not just about emails, Town Halls, and intranet sites. The way we connect and communicate as humans spill into our lived environments. In a world of hybrid and remote working, the ethos of messaging and communication is changing.
