2moI AM LIVID We received a cancellation email for the testing day at 9:30 PM last night—after our test-taker was already in bed, resting up for the big day. We woke up early at 6:15 AM, made her favorite breakfast, and mobilized the whole family to get her to the testing center on time, along with 75+ other families. When we arrived at the testing center, there wasn’t even a sign on the door. NOTHING. Someone at the door finally told us they didn’t have enough proctors. This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable. Families deserve better communication and planning, especially when so many people are affected. The flip response of casual rescheduling is not so easy to do. If this is indicative of the digital test. GO BACK TO PAPER which would have allowed these kids to be redirected to another testing center. #Frustrated #DoBetter #gobacktopaper #ACT
