I can't imagine working in a team where everyone is very similar. It's inspiring to work with different people every day. That's something that has always been true at tracekey. Here, it's more important what skillset you have and if you're a good fit personally rather than just meeting all the requirements on paper. When we hire people, we try to find the best place for them. Sometimes, you might not be the best match for the job we advertised, but there could be another role where your skills and personality are a great fit. Of course, there are times when we have a more diverse team and some when we have less. But all in all, we have always had a good mix of people. #teamtracekey #diversity
