The Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA) has joined city councils, school boards, and county boards in modernizing their meetings with OpenMeeting! 🔹 Why the Change? The KSHSAA Board of Directors, with 80+ members, faced challenges such as long meetings, tedious verbal voting, and difficulty managing discussion with so many members. 🔹 The Solution? The OpenMeeting software! The electronic tablet voting and request to speak, plus large meeting displays showing key info at the front of the room, transformed their meetings. Their meetings are now shorter, more organized, and more efficient! "We adopted OpenMeeting for greater voter accountability and more meeting efficiency. The system is intuitive and simple to run. Our first meeting using this technology was much more time-efficient, which our board members appreciated."
