A huge thank you to South Carolina's U.S. senators, Lindsey Graham and Tim Scott, for taking the time to meet with the rural S.C. high school students we've brought to the nation's capital this week for the 2024 Washington Youth Tour.

Happy Juneteenth! June 19, 1865, marks our nation’s second Independence Day, when enslaved people in the farthest reaches of west Texas, still controlled by the Confederacy, were freed by Union troops more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation took effect in 1863. Freedom required resistance and courage over generations, especially in winning equal opportunities in education and jobs. Despite the Supreme Court’s 1954 Brown v. Board of Education ruling outlawing school segregation, most public schools were still “separate” and unequal. In 1957, the “Little Rock 9” – 15 and 16-year-old African American students – finally integrated Little Rock, Arkansas’ Central High School drawing national and international attention to ongoing racism. The last public school in the United States was not desegrated until 1970, again in west Texas. Join #RenewablesForward in celebration built by resolution. Equity, inclusion, and a new green economy that brings abundance and opportunity to all: Happy Juneteenth! https://lnkd.in/eSWySFh2 https://lnkd.in/g4EX_uUD

Don't tell me this is not targeting. This is a maneuver to respond to the protest and demands for equality after 2020. This is the rise of hateful politicians in power to abuse and misuse their roles. This party is the same party associated with the seize on our capitol. THEY, all of them, should be stripped of their power. Banned from office. This is not America, but the beginnings of a dictatorship behavior. America is governed by the people for the people NOT certain people. It's unconstitutional. THIS. IS. CORRUPTION. A grave example of why we should have a separation between politics and education. Education welcomes ALL, not manipulates all for political advantage. Btw, research the 10th Amendment, which basically said if the law hasn't been defined by federal or state, then THE PEOPLE have the power.

This blog post truly reflects our profound learning experience in Montgomery, Alabama. It truly reflected our mission of “Leadership for Just and Humane Schools” at the National Superintendents Roundtable. What a power symposium!
🚨 New Blog Post! 🚨 Reflections from Montgomery, A Superintendent’s Notes I recently had the powerful opportunity to visit Montgomery, Alabama, with fellow superintendents. This experience was not just about learning history—it was about confronting the unfinished legacies of slavery, segregation, and systemic injustice that still shape our nation today. From the Freedom Monument Sculpture Park to the Legacy Museum and the National Memorial for Peace and Justice, this journey challenged my understanding of America’s past and my role as an educator in shaping its future. Now that I know—what will I do? More importantly, now that “we” know—what will “we” do? If you don't feel your heart strings being pulled, you might just be either and/ or: 1) An enemy of this barely-still Constitutional Representative Republic. 2) One of the #enemieswithinthegates arrayed against this barely-still #constitutionalrepresentativerepublic. 3) Amongst the estimated 3-5% of the general population experts agree qualify for being clinically-certifiable sociopaths or psychopaths. Read that again then think of what the CIA told us to help sell us the Global War on Terror. That at the time, right after those heinously-horrific Crimes Against Humanity of 9/11 "apparently" via Radical Islamists commandeering airliners into missiles; that apparently there were even more of them - many more. Reportedly fully 16 million Radical Islamists globally. And knowing that by their nature and how society is structured, as one navigates up the ladder of success, power, wealth etc and in most every discipline, those percentages surely increase. Further, we know they tend to be attracted to "celebrity", politics and money. Consequently, even at the low of just 3% we know there are at least 1/4 billion clinically-certifiable globally. With many likely in outsized positions of "celebrity, politics, money and influence...", etc. So if a reported 16 million Radical Islamists helped justify the Global War on Terror, shouldn't an estimated ~ 1/4 billion clinically-certifiable justify our at least doing a "Global Mapping" like the Genome Research work? To identify the clinically-certifiable especially to find out what roles they are in, for helping better protect society and humanity itself, from them? +++ But that's just what I think/ might be happening/ perhaps should. What does everyone else think? #surveysays

This video and post from Charlie Kirk gave me CHILLS - VOLUME UP! Students have HAD ENOUGH! Now THESE are kids I can't wait to hire! REPOST and let's make these young adults famous! Kirk: "On college campuses, beyond the chaos and fem/lib humanities majors with nose piercings, you’re seeing the beginnings of a culture wide, generational reset. The young men have had enough. You’re about to see millions of them get pissed off enough to reject the left’s entire premise. Celebrate the prodigal sons as they come home. This video was from my visit to Cal Poly SLO about a month before the recent protests started."
