As the end of the semester approaches, our final project presentations are in order. Today on May 29th, 2024, members of Team 1: Hannah Mayer, Amar Rizvanović, Dženneta Hubić, Dino Radic, and Inaya Duran, presented their research project on the topic of Porter’s and Mintzberg’s strategy and their influence and applicability Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The main key points of their presentation today were that as students of strategy, they have learned that the interplay between structured strategic planning and adaptive management is key to thriving in the dynamic FMCG sector. By integrating Porter’s analytical frameworks with Mintzberg’s adaptive strategies, FMCG companies can achieve a balanced and robust approach to business success.
