Setting your Intentions & dreaming Activities To receive value from The Gathering, we invite you to come with an intention - an idea, a dream of what your life and your organization can be like after The Gathering. Think about what questions you are holding that this powerful think tank of 500 regenerators can help you gain perspective and answers to. From this vision work back to dream what connections you want to make and plan the activities you want to offer or join. Who do you want to connect with? Team members? Customers? Partners? Community members? Supporters? Mentors? Elders? Who does your tribe need? Where do you need support, and where can you offer support? For example, The Gathering LDA (company stewarding Gathering of Tribes) - needs to decide how and with whom we become as a company; how do we turn these beautiful ideas into thriving abundance? To this end, we intend at Gathering of Tribes 2024 to design a process (very meta, yes) for evolving The Gathering LDA into a thriving organization. I am from Moscow, Eric is from Oslo. Locked out of the outside world of our own free will, we talked about the importance of sometimes going outside and having a Hell Week for ourselves.
