How Do You Source Entry-Level Healthcare Candidates Effectively? Answers: https://lnkd.in/g2HAnBK5 #HealthcareRecruiting #EntryLevelJobs #SourcingCandidates #RecruitmentChallenges Hey everyone! 👋 I've been diving into sourcing and screening candidates for entry-level healthcare positions for about three months. It’s been a fascinating journey, but I’m running into a few challenges, and I’d love to tap into your experiences and insights. Here's the scoop: Why Entry-Level? My firm believes that entry-level jobs with little to no licensure represent a huge growth area in healthcare. However, I've noticed that the majority of candidates I speak with don’t have any prior healthcare experience. 🤔 Candidate Backgrounds: A lot of these candidates are transitioning into healthcare or are recent immigrants looking to rebuild their careers, often with significant experience overseas. While this is great, I’m curious about how you guys evaluate their fit when they don't have that direct background in the field. So, I have a couple of burning questions: Getting Creative: How do you manage the screening process when traditional experience is less relevant? Are th...

🚑 Why Doctors Should Work Exclusively with a Recruitment Consultant 🩺 My personal favourite is number 4! 1. Access to Exclusive Roles – Many agencies have direct connections with hospitals and healthcare providers, meaning you get access to opportunities that aren’t advertised elsewhere. 🏥 2. Personalised Job Search – Recruiters take the time to understand your career goals, work preferences, and location needs, finding the perfect match for you—no more endless searching! 🔍 3. Streamlined Process – From applications to interviews and credentialing, an agency handles the legwork, saving you precious time. ⏳ 4. Long-Term Support – Working with me means having a career partner for life. 🌱 Focusing on *one* recruitment consultant brings clarity, consistency, and better results for your career. If you are working on something that you really care about, you don’t have to be pushed. The vision pulls you
As a recruiter, I recommend that medical professionals consider agency employment. Here are some benefits to determine if it’s the right fit for you… . . . . . ✨Flexibility: Staffing agencies provide immediate access to temporary and contract workers, allowing businesses to quickly fill short-term roles or project-based needs without committing to permanent employment. You can showcase your skills, gain experience, and potentially transition into full-time roles while enjoying flexibility in work arrangements. 💰Competitive Pay: Competitive pay from staffing agencies offer fair compensation for your skills and experience, ensuring you feel valued and motivated. This increases job satisfaction and enhances opportunities for long-term career success. 🌍Diverse Work Settings: A diverse workplace provides an inclusive environment where unique backgrounds, perspectives, and talents are valued and respected. This fosters personal growth, creativity, and innovation while offering opportunities for networking and learning from individuals with diverse experiences. #recruitmentalley #recruitment #jobsearching #takeitfromarecruiter

Recruiting Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers for Adult and Young Peoples Care across London, Surrey and Sussex
🚀 Essential Interview Questions for Healthcare Recruiters Recruiting in the healthcare sector is no small feat. It's crucial to gauge not just the professional aptitude of potential hires but their emotional intelligence and adaptability. With that in mind, here are some essential questions every healthcare recruiter should consider: First and foremost, "Can you describe a time you handled a critical situation under pressure?" This question dives deep into their ability to manage high-stress environments, a common scenario in healthcare settings. Practical experience coupled with cool-headedness is invaluable. 🌟 Equally important, ask, "How do you stay updated with the latest healthcare advancements?" Continuous learning is a cornerstone of healthcare professions. Their answer will reveal their commitment to staying current and improving their skillset. With rapid advancements in medical technology and treatments, being proactive is a must. 📚 Lastly, don't forget to explore the human aspect: "Can you share an experience where your empathy positively impacted patient care?" Empathy differentiates good healthcare professionals from great ones. This narrative will uncover their compassion and patient-first mindset, crucial traits for thriving in healthcare roles. 💖 What other questions do you find critical in healthcare recruitment? Let's discuss in the comments! 👇 #HealthcareRecruitment #InterviewTips #HealthcareProfessionals

Today we want to talk about: RETURNING CLIENTS!! 🎉🎉🎉 Having a client of any size return, is a testament to the professional relationship we’ve built over months, sometimes years; and for us, is the ultimate compliment. Indirectly, it means: 🔶 There is a mutual respect for each other 🔷 We can communicate effectively and I know who I can speak to, to make time-critical decisions 🔶 I already know HOW the client prefers to communicate (calls are key, but as long as they are responsive we can talk via email, WhatsApp, Owl for the Potter fans etc……) 🔷 I already know THEM. Their HR processes, interview process, employment package, if there is any room for salary negotiation, what the support systems will be like, the support for NQ’d Pharmacists, length of induction period, any further training available, any internal progression opportunities, any scope for career progression and further learning etc etc 🔶 There is TRUST 🤝 Trust that we will do our best by them, and that we will take the time to match the best candidates for their vacancy, and we won’t introduce anyone who isn’t a good fit. Sometimes that can be challenging, but peppering a client with the CV’s of candidates who have a completely different set of expectations, a different mindset or career direction, will not result in a long-term hire and will ultimately just waste the client’s time and money. We’re not interested in the short term hires (unless specified of course!), because a successful, long-term hire results in a happy, satisfied candidate, in high client satisfaction rates and the potential for return business ✅✅✅ #WIN #fullcircle #pharmacybusiness #pharmacyjobs #pharmacists #prospeacthealth
