The U.S. isn’t the only country adjusting to the evolving return-to-office (#RTO) landscape. While American workers have been slower at returning to the office than their global counterparts, as many as 87% of international companies would like their employees in the office at least part of the week. A recent Urban Land Institute survey found only a small percentage of tenants believe their existing workspace portfolios align with their business objectives so examining how other countries are addressing RTO may offer tenants a unique perspective on bringing their own employees into the office. In this week’s blog article, “Return-To-Office: A Worldwide Perspective,” we examine how different countries and global regions are navigating their way back to the office. While there’s no “one-size-fits-all solution.” Find out more in our latest blog below: https://lnkd.in/gcX-ApFq JLL | Accenture Tower #CommercialRealEstate #KBS #Insights #Trends #ReturnToOffice #CBD #Tenants #Global #PostPandemic

The GPA have been groundmaking, globally, in their approach to joined up governance solutions, and modern fit for purpose and agile workplaces. The opportunity for the public sector to use workplace as a productivity and enablement tool is strong - particular as austerity measures continue to bite at every level. If smaller, higher cost, lower carbon, higher experience workspaces can work for the GPA and much of the private sector, why not for the rest?
I will be chairing a fireside chat on workplace strategy for the public sector this Thursday in the JLL Pavilion at UKREiiF. Excited to hear the thoughts of Guzman de Yarza, JLL UK&I Head of Consulting, and Dominic Brankin, Government Property Agency Interim Propery Director. Please come along if you are interested in finding out more. #workplace #UKREiiF 📍JLL Pavillion 🕑 Thursday 23rd May at 1:30pm
