Hello everyone. Personally, I'm doing great. Just like all the other Hay Rebels, I'm working hard to reach our goals for this year. The market stays tough. Sales, sales, sales stays the number one message. The summer is coming with some holidays for all of us to rest and prepare for the second-half of the year, but we're making sure that the summer does not go by unused. We're staying focused. I'm ready to jump on all the opportunities at our customers coming up in the next couple of months. Go for it, I would say and take those customer opportunities. Yes, in Q2 we had several events linked to our SG strategy. First of all, we had a group of 20 Hay rebels from all powerhouses traveling to Malawi together with Habitat for Humanity building a house with a house. In one week time they built not one but three houses for the local community. A nice example of our courageously ambitious nature. Great to see how 20 people who are a stranger to each other embark on such a journey. And come back after one week as friends for life. Another way we as House of hour change lights, check out the after movie on our LinkedIn. And also accent is having a successful campaign with blindfolded job interviews between candidates and customers all over Belgium. By blindfolding both parties, the conversation between both becomes the main driver of the jobmatch. No prejudices on other topics such as age and race this campaign. Is part of our open minded hiring campaign that we launched in 2022. I'm so happy to see it gets a lot of attention as it deserves in the Belgian press. Open minded hiring is part of the future of recruitment. Therefore, Accent was also rewarded with the DEI award at the HR Excellence Awards. Congratulations Accent and every Accenture. I'm also very proud to mention that the Lunen doc Lisa shows House of HR. Is the third biggest HR service provider in Germany. We are working hard in Germany to take a substantial market share in such a big and fragmented market that is definitely a challenge with time partner Solcom and House of Healthcare being our three German powerhouses, we want to keep on growing in each of our fields in the next years. And in the Netherlands, we keep strong at position number two. In France, we have been recognized by SIA. Staffing industry analysts as the strongest growing player in the market in 2023. This is linked to the acquisition we did of a BMI and staff meeting in France in 2022 and talking about staffing and our jobs. Yun is now almost six months in the job as CEO of Nutjobs. Tell us, how are you doing you? Thank you. And yes, it's true. It's almost six months that I combine my job as Chief Acceleration Officer at House of HR with that. See you up now jumps. Time really flies when you're having fun. Now Jobs was of course not new to me as boosting now Jobs as international leader in flexible jobs with 100% digital platform is one of our key strategic priorities on hours of each other. Still, my role of CEO, of course, bought me even a lot closer to the knowledge of Steves. They gave me an incredibly warm welcome and I discovered a combination of the House of HR happy rebel vibe combined with the real scale up mentality. As an illustration of their great commercial attitude, I would highlight the recent initiative of the Belgian team in our business of student jobs and flexible jobs. The summer ones are really key. So we launched the initiative where all now jobs team members and not just stills posted a few weeks ago around 10 personalized letters to businesses in their neighborhood to promote mergers. And it worked. For example, the day after I posted my letters, I got a phone call from a sandwich bar from around the corner where I live and direct customer. Now with the success in Belgium, also the French teams launched this initiative in France. We have a very busy summer coming up. Of course, because the Olympics are organized in Paris, there's many restaurants, hotels and other businesses will need flexible help to serve their customers to ensure we work fully ready for the Olympics. We also strongly improved our offline files. Before we had two offerings in France with two separate apps being staffed me with freelance and now jobs. Within over the last months, we combined these into one solution, staff me. Powered by now jobs offering candidates and customers one solution for both freelance and injury O With this one combined, a a French team is ready to hold the Olympics. Are you joining us, Rica? I just completed Red Bull's On- Premise Sales on Forage 😃
In the simulation :
❇️ Completed a job simulation focused on On-Premise Sales activities at Red Bull.
❇️ Used Excel to visualize which on-premise clients are performing best and worst.
❇️ Communicated observations to Red Bull team members about why certain clients are performing better than others.
❇️ Utilized active listening and social proof to overcome a client's objections resulting in them more prominently featuring Red Bull in their bar.

You don’t have to be a “yes man”. Just because your prospect likes fishing doesn’t mean you have to like fishing. I think I get more turned on when someone is selling to me and everything I say they try to mirror and pretend they’re into it too.
Or, when it comes right requests during the sales cycle, not everything has to be yes. If they haven’t committed or there isn’t a very clear agreed upon path forward, sell and service them from a position of strength. Protect your time and efforts as well. Say no or not yet to things that will suck up your time and may not produce efficient results.
