Responsibilities: - Designing a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework aligned with Teach For Kenya's Theory of Change. - Developing tools for data collection to measure short-term and long-term impact. - Leading the implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. - Collaborating with recruitment, training, and alumni teams to integrate M&E mechanisms. Qualifications: - University degree in statistics, public policy, international development, or related fields. - Minimum of three years of experience in M&E for international development projects. - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Salesforce. - Strong belief in Teach For Kenya's mission and values.
