Maybe this person should be better informed on FDA`s black box policies... It has nothing to do with 5 deaths being the threshold... Maybe she should have read the attached paper to fully understand what it is all about. To quote such a paper: ¨This boxed warning means that there is reasonable evidence of an association of a serious hazard with the drug. A definite causal relationship to the drug does not have to be established. Placing the warning in a box means that the adverse reaction may lead to death or serious injury. Another TV appearance coming up. It's hard to hide as a coach when everyone is watching, and you are being judged by your peers, mentors, and rivals. We don't have much to play for, and are competing against a strong team, who have the opportunity to secure top spot. Will motivation be an issue? - Our players are competing for spots on national teams. - We want to show what we can do on the big stage. - Winning a game is its own reward, regardless of the stakes. - The team is made of competitive athletes. - There are individual awards up for grabs. - We have three games left after this, and players are competing for game time. The pressure isn't on us? At this level, the pressure is always on.

Now I might not address it in the way Jimmy would have 😄 However, I make it a point to emphasize that working in HR is far from easy.
