Glad to share with you my latest publication “The four misses of agricultural water husbandry in the Maghreb” at #WorldWaterPolicy. It follows a book I had published 2 years ago entitled “Water resources management in the Maghreb: constraints and opportunities”. Both publications expose my critical analysis of water resources management in the Maghreb in general, and agricultural water management in particular. They are intended to disseminate awareness about water scarcity in the Maghreb and spread new ways of thinking and dealing with water resources management to young engineers, managers, research scientists, university students, academicians…etc. #watermanagement #waterscarcity #agriculture #maghreb https://lnkd.in/ed-DDpkt
