Political violence has no place in our democracy. At this moment and always, the words of our namesake remind us of our shared humanity.   "Let us not emphasize all on which we differ but all we have in common." —Then-Senator John F. Kennedy (Harvard University, June 1956)   Oh behalf of myself, Chairman David M. Rubenstein, and the Kennedy Center community, may America harness this moment to find unity and peace as we move forward.

Thank you for sharing this important message. It's disheartening to see political violence in our democracy, and it's understandable to feel overwhelmed by the current state of things. It's important to remember that we all share a common humanity, and we must strive to find unity and peace as we move forward. Let's continue to work towards a better future together.
