𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝘀 (𝗔𝗦𝗣𝘀) 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁? Since June 2022, our Social Employment Fund project has been making waves in the after-school sector, providing opportunities for learners and many job seekers. Over 6000 people have found meaningful paid work opportunities through this initiative, breaking the cycle of unemployment and enabling ASPs to significantly scale their reach and impact. 𝗔 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗟𝗧’𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁: ✅ 100% of SEF implementing partners are eager to participate again, indicating the positive influence of the programme on their organisations. ✅ 15 of 16 respondents reported a significant positive impact on their organisation, while one reported a somewhat positive effect. ✅ The benefits include expanding reach, offering volunteers’ stipends, enhancing programme quality, attracting more funding, strengthening organisational systems, and equipping young people with essential skills and work experience. #SocialEmploymentFund #WorkForCommonGood #EmpoweringLives
