Set up and clean up for business meetings.Coordinate meetings, appointments and business travel arrangements.Ability to see overall goals and execute appropriate details; maintain systems and processes to ensure execution of projects.Proactively manage calendars, schedules, and appointments by anticipating current priorities and areas of focus in order to prioritize and arrange future schedules.Type business letters, memorandums and other correspondence using Microsoft Office Software in a Mac platform.Create and edit spreadsheets and presentations.Collect daily, monthly, weekly, quarterly reports from business entities.Ability to prioritize phone calls/emails, providing ongoing public relations and assisting in resolving problems.Maintain accurate, organized and efficient filing system.Prepare and process expense reports in a timely manner. Why from my office instead of a cubicle? 95% of my career, I have been assigned to a cubicle for my workspace. Including a time when I had a Director level position in a Fortune 200 company. It’s just what companies do, it saves money and a lot of it in most cases. At Melone Hatley, every *position in the company has an office.
