Robotic #Depalletizing and #Singulation! When a product gets shipped from a #manufacturing company into a #distribution center, a lot of times, the product is pulled off the pallet and then separated to be regrouped with other products that would then get shipped to a grocery/convenience store! This operation gets those products in a single line! 🔔Follow The Manufacturing Millennial for more content!🔔 Video from Reddit! If you know the company, let me know! Update! The video is from System Logistics (Krones Group) and is actually in reverse to build the pallets! Thanks, Mark Patterson, for solving the mystery! #TheManufacturingMillennial #Robotics #Manufacturing #Grippers
The video is definitely runing in reverse. Koops Automation can provide this type of palletizer and has several versions of this servo EOAT to fit your product needs!
I hope those Dasani flats are being routed to the dumpster 😂
This machine would be a boss at tetris, shame it’s stuck in a job it probably hates
This looks like a system logistics machine.
Can anyone explain why a tapered guide chute could not achieve this same result (with virtually no maintenance, programming and/or moving parts)?
It is too expensive to operate a robot arm, It will be more economical if the walls of the conveyor are tilted at an angle on the left and right sides.
Looks like a aibmuloC

Robotic applications for packaging and end of line equipment
2moThis video is running backwards. The robot when the video runs correctly is taking the single file flow of bundles and forming the pattern for the pallet layer. The robot is landing and rotating bundles as required to match the pallet pattern
