Just finished another summative evaluation with a company in California, and it’s time for more celebration. I installed our Trivium Leadership Model at the beginning of Q1 and their YTD numbers are in through Q3: Turnover - down 63% Revenue - up 27% Negative Feedback - down 55% Employee NPS - up 31% And maybe my favorite: Revenue per employee - up 36% For obvious reasons, my clients remain confidential for at least three years. But regardless of their size, Trivium is stabilizing broken companies, launching new ones, and amplifying the juggernauts! It’s not just about numbers—it’s about creating a culture that thrives. Heard this in my first meeting of the day! “Wise man learns from his mistakes, Wiser man learns from the mistakes of others, The one who has all of the answers and who knows everything, is the fool in the room. “ One of the many reasons I love mentoring the next generation of investors and entrepreneurs because if they take the opportunity to learn from the silly things I’ve done they will be better for it. One of my peers in my role before joining Allied Federal Solutions LLC always used a term from the Bible of “Seek Wise Counsel” which I’m getting better at but always have room to grow. In this new role I’m getting to learn from some brilliant corporate officers on how to build culture, build the right team, and how to serve your team. Onward and upward.

It reminded me of the journey we all take in our careers, where consistent effort and discipline are essential ingredients for success. Each player on the field has a specific role to play, and they must work together seamlessly to achieve their ultimate goal of winning the game. Similarly, in a professional setting, every employee contributes their unique skills and talents to contribute to the overall success of the organization. The Super Bowl showcases the resilience of both teams, as they overcomes obstacles and adversity to reach the championship game. In the same way, we may encounter challenges in our careers, but it's our discipline and determination that will help us navigate through them and emerge stronger. A supportive and collaborative work environment fosters a sense of camaraderie and unity, where everyone is working towards a common goal. I'm not Irish, but my kids were asked to come in green to kindergarten last Friday, to appreciate the coming St. Patrick. And the holiday is full of fun and joy, so it's pleasure to observe and figure out some pecularities. St. Patrick's Day, with its symbols of luck, growth, and transformation, shares more with organizational performance than one might think. Just as St. Patrick is said to have transformed Ireland, organizations are constantly undergoing transformations to achieve growth and success.
