🌟 Kicking Off B Corp Month: "This Way Forward" 🚀 Happy B Corp Month everyone! 🎉 This year, we're embracing the theme "This Way Forward" - a celebration of our collective commitment to constantly raising the bar. At GreenGear, becoming a B Corp was not just an achievement; it was a natural progression of our core values. Our journey began with a simple idea: to create products that do good for both people and the planet. Every step we took was guided by the principles that B Corps uphold. The process of becoming B Corp certified was rigorous, but it was a challenge we welcomed with open arms. It meant scrutinizing our operations, supply chain, and community impact to ensure we met the highest standards of social and environmental performance. How did we do it? Through: 1️⃣ Rigorous Impact Assessments 2️⃣ Transparent Practices 3️⃣ Sustainable Innovation 4️⃣ Employee Empowerment For us, "This Way Forward" means continuous improvement and relentless innovation towards a more equitable and sustainable economy. S/O Cultivating Capital for their support through our certification journey 🙌 Here's to raising the bar in 2024 and beyond! 💪 #BTheChange #BCorpMonth #ThisWayForward #Sustainability #Innovation #Community

Associates Week Day 4 wrap up - We are common people doing uncommon things Today I participated in the most bizarre business meeting of my career. We (Canadian team) had a 2.5 hours meeting with our C-level team, part of it dedicated to a Q&A session. I was expecting shop talk. Oh boy, I was wrong. The meeting was about personal histories. They shared theirs, a bunch of us shared ours. A reminder of what we all are - people trying to do their best, succeeding sometimes, failing sometimes, needing encouragement when we feel afraid, feeling the pressure of multiple demands and the excitement of helping other people grow; we are in paths that are not the result of a well defined plan, but are forged as we go and life happens. #shareholders2024 #shareholdersCA2024

I'm thrilled to be attending the Creative Spirit US Gala on April 10 to show support for #RoadtoEquity. Were you aware that 2.2 billion people globally live with sight loss? Shockingly, only 0.26% of ads feature audio descriptions. The ongoing battle for inclusivity is crucial, beginning right at the core of your digital marketing strategies. How inclusive is your digital marketing strategy?
On April 10, Creative Spirit US will host our annual #RoadtoEquity gala at the NYSE, where we’ll ring the closing bell to support fair-wage employment for the neurodivergent community: https://lnkd.in/dsNhkXHx.
