Until that launches, here are some FAQs we're commonly asked about our hiring process. ✋ How can I increase my chances of my application being viewed? Answer all the questions are genuinely as possible. We are an advertising agency, so we’re looking for people who can tell a story. Use the “Personal Summary” field to tell us your story! If you have a portfolio or personal website, be sure to include it. If you choose to use AI tools to craft your story—all the power to you, but we recommend you take some time to review what it writes and put your own spin on it, only you know how to talk about you! ✋ Outside of what is on the job description, what do you look for in a candidate? We always have our core values in the back of our minds. We also look for candidates who can elevate our team; whether that’s through new tools and processes, cool projects, or even an interesting passion outside of work, we want to know how you’ve introduced exciting new things to previous projects. ✋ Do I need to answer all the questions on the application? Ideally, yes. But if you don’t answer all of them, be sure to make the ones you do answer shine! ✋ Why do you require agency experience for most roles? Agencies typically are fast-paced work environments where we work on many projects at once with varying deadlines. We find that agency experience, or at the very least experience in some form with advertising or marketing, helps you integrate more quickly into the fast-paced work we do.
