One of the overlooked strategies we see in the business space is “customer retention” Customer retention is as important as customer acquisition. What’s the essence of acquiring a customer if you are not going to keep them and get them to continue buying from you. The main work gets started when you acquire a new customer or client. You need to put systems in place to ensure that the customer is pleased with your delivery and then you can get them to come back again. That’s one of the ways to get returning clients.
