We have a silly question for you. 🤭 Does your organization strive to promote individual contributors into micromanagement positions? We only ask because if you don't teach them management skills that include understanding their team's communication styles, how can you expect them to lead anything other than a dysfunctional team? 🤨 So, if you plan on ever promoting someone, just make sure you give them the tools to learn how to be an effective leader first.
