We're done promoting work-life balance... Just kidding! But would you believe us if we told you only 10% of our Successful Leader Report respondents said promoting work-life balance is key to successful leadership? 🙃 We didn't want to believe it either. The issue is when leaders don't prioritize balance, it has a ripple effect: 1. Managers hesitate to take time off. 2. Employees feel reluctant to use PTO. 3. The entire organization risks burnout.
