प्रेरकः सूचकश्वैव वाचको दर्शकस्तथा। शिक्षको बोधकश्वैव षडेते गुरवः स्मृताः॥ We are who we are because of our teachers(Not just school /college teachers, wherever you have acquired knowledge from, be it your parents, gurus, coaches, colleagues, society, etc.). A heartfelt greeting to all the teachers, again and again. Wishing you a happy Teacher's day! We are taught in school itself how to become a successful person, but we forget because we have a habit of ignoring simple and small things. These are simple learning from school 1) Day starts with prayer/Dhyan/Taciturnity. 2) There should be a specific time fixed for every task including sports, music, entertainment, etc. 3) Focus on only one thing at a time . 4) Learn something new every day. 5) stay away from bad things/ bad habits/intoxication. 6) stay connected with family 7) Before going to bed 🛏️, write a summary 📝 of everything you did during the day. 8) Getting enough sleep😴. गुरू ब्रह्मा गुरू विष्णु, गुरु देवो महेश्वरा गुरु साक्षात परब्रह्म, तस्मै श्री गुरुवे नम:🙏🙏🙏

In the relentless whirl of our days, there's something profoundly compelling about the ideals of a "Sunday School Life." It's a call back to the basics: simplicity, foundational values, and community spirit. As we wrestle with the complexities of the modern age, let's remember the powerful guideposts taught in those early lessons—kindness, honesty, gratitude, and faith. Kindness is our first beacon. Imagine the ripple effect of small acts of kindness - that unexpected smile or helping hand. It’s like magic, transforming not just moments but lives. Whether lending an ear or offering a shoulder, kindness knits our community closer with threads of compassion and love. Honesty and integrity stand tall as our second pillars. In a world tempted by shortcuts, true character shines through our commitment to honesty. It builds trust and respect, vital foundations for any healthy relationship or society. Let’s champion transparency, envisioning a world enriched by authentic connection. Let’s not forget gratitude, our unsung hero. It shifts our gaze from scarcity to abundance, celebrating the daily wonders that life gifts us. This practice of thankfulness nurtures joy, illuminating our lives and those around us with its gentle glow. This reflection isn’t about advocating literal Sunday School attendance or aligning with any single faith. Instead, it embraces the universal virtues many of us were introduced to in youth—extending kindness, practicing honesty, living gratefully, and believing in something greater. So, here’s to infusing our every day with the essence of Sunday School virtues. Let’s lead with love, foster integrity, and build a wave of positivity that transcends all boundaries. Together, we can animate the dream of a Sunday School life into our shared reality, creating a brighter, more connected world. Let’s make it happen! 🌟💖

Spring is here. New beginnings are in the air. What’s your new beginning ? This weekend, I’d like to give you some homework. 1. Choose one thing that brings you joy. 2. Then think of a simple activity around this thing that you would like to give some time to the next few months. Something simple, no need for much preparation, easy to do. 3. Commit to doing this activity at least 2x a week. It could be as simple as: - sipping your coffee in the backyard for 15 mins with the phone off - passing by the waterfront on your way home and feeding the ducks - listening to your favorite music every lunch time Find your way back to something that makes you feel good. Don’t you deserve this treat?
