Here are the top 2 things I look for when hiring at the analyst level for an agency: ✅️ Drive ✅️ Kindness If someone is motivated to work hard, learn, proactively solve problems, and does those things while being a good person and teammate, they are at the top of my list. You can teach hard skills, and if someone is driven they'll pick those up quickly. We need to start giving more chances to people who don't have a long list of technical qualifications or a degree in marketing.
