With a heavy heart, I share with you the news that today marks Day 71 of The Storm After the Storm in Guerrero, Mexico. The situation is critical, and our team has just completed the first month of our emergency feeding mission. Words can't express how terrible this crisis is. It's even harder for us to save fragile lives without food, jobs, or crops because international media is not reporting on the humanitarian crisis affecting 800,000 people. We need your help to spread the word and raise awareness of this dire situation. We can't sit idly by and watch this happen. We need to make this crisis go viral, and we need your help to do it. So many people are still suffering, struggling to find their next meal. Your heart goes out to them, and you want to make a difference. Your donation of $68 can provide food to thousands of people in need. Together, we can offer a glimmer of hope to those facing such difficult circumstances. Let's show them we care. Remember, Hunger Never Takes a Holiday. https://lnkd.in/gwdBHWjX Wings CRS Inc. is a 501C3 non-profit private foundation registered in Delaware and Texas. #GuerreroMexico, #wingscrs, #starvation, #hunger, #homelessness, #wingscrs, #savelives, #disease, #pestilence, #disaster, #catastrophe #WIOWL https://lnkd.in/gCJw2gCn

Remember when the rainy season was just about jumping in puddles and playing after a rainfall? For many of us, those memories are filled with joy. But today, for thousands of families in Borno, the rainy season brings devastation. Flash floods have displaced over 239,000 people, destroyed homes, and left communities struggling to access even the most basic needs—shelter, food, and clean water. These floods are a stark reminder of how unpredictable and dangerous natural disasters can be, especially for vulnerable communities already facing a severe food and nutrition crisis. Now more than ever, preparedness is critical—not just for ourselves but for those we serve. Understanding the importance of evacuation plans, emergency supplies, and rapid response can make a real difference in saving lives. Let’s stand together in empathy and action. Whether through donations, support, or simply raising awareness, we all have a role to play in helping those affected by this crisis. #ThrowbackThursday #HEAT #NigeriaFloods #PreparednessMatters #SupportBorno #HumanitarianAid #CommunitySupport
