Back in the office today after attending a sales conference in Salt lake city last week and was reviewing some notes from the event. The one thing that really resonated with me was that sales is a transfer of energy and if you have a negative energy, you will struggle. Additional sales training or strategy sessions aren't what you need, you need to work on your internal energy. If you're "not feeling it" there is a real good chance that your team, prospect, spouse etc is not feeling YOU.
