Are you aware of the power of feminine leadership? Last week in my newsletter, I discussed an interview with Lulu Minns from She Rebel Radio, who emphasized the significance of feminine leadership. However, the key to effective leadership lies in the balance of masculine and feminine energies. Both men and women possess these energies, and it's vital to understand how each contributes to leadership success. Don't rely solely on one or the other - embrace both energies and become a more effective leader.

Run a search on “executive presence” and you will see hundreds of articles and opinion pieces explaining what the term means and how to acquire it. Look more closely and you’ll find nearly as many definitions of executive presence as there are articles—and none of them agree. Our perceptions of whether a leader has executive presence or not can have enormous consequences. And yet, how can such weight be put on a concept that lacks clear definition—let alone a shared understanding of the behaviors that exemplify it? Cheryl Flink,Ph.D., Chris Smith, PhD, ACC, and Sarah Coley, Ph.D. analyzed the research to dig into a conversation that impacts every leader. Share your thoughts below on executive presence and our latest research.
