Kudos to The Social Hub for presenting an ambitious model filled with good intentions. 🌍🌱 But the question that immediately comes to mind is: how much of this model will stand the test of time—and more importantly, operational reality? Because let’s be honest, it’s easy to talk about sustainability, social impact, and inclusion these days. It’s just as easy to stop at Forbes headlines and certification badges. Initiatives like cutting emissions and responsible waste management are definitely steps in the right direction. But when it comes to B Corp, the question always lingers—are we witnessing real structural change, or is this just another case of well-packaged greenwashing? Installing solar panels and donating a percentage of revenue are great, but true sustainability isn’t just cosmetic. It has to be a radical, systemic commitment that touches every corner of the business—even the ones people don’t see. I genuinely hope The Social Hub proves to be a real example of how to do things right, without settling for glossy cover stories. Because the hospitality sector doesn’t need more badges—it needs companies that show growth can happen without betraying the values they claim to stand for.
