I love watching the award shows this time of year and was full of nostalgia as I watched Barbra Streisand recently accept the SAG Lifetime Achievement Award. But I started to wonder, if I were to ask some of my younger (and youngest) friends who Barbra Streisand is, I’m not sure if they would all know. We have to think about our nonprofits in the same way—do younger donors immediately recognize who we are and what we do?
