THE IMPULSE hosted the FA Supplier Co-Creation Challenge 2024. ☺️ The focus, as you might have guessed: Co-Creation 🤝. Several teams came together to work on groundbreaking co-creation projects. What did I take away? Co-creation 🧠 is a mindset. It's not something you can force. It's about encouraging people who are already passionate about exploring the new. And that is exactly how we @Siemens Industry manage to develop new ideas and create solutions for a more sustainable and resilient future together with our suppliers. #TheImpulse #CollaborateToInnovate #FASupplierChallenge #FactoryAutomation

Fractional -Chief Science Officer -Chief Analytics Officer | Ex-Calm | Advisor | Behavior Science | Thought Leader | Using Science to Differentiate, Prove Outcomes, Increase Revenue, & Optimize Business Strategies
Science is always a great idea. Just don’t expect everyone to jump on board right away. In fact, I’ve found that the lion’s share of the effort in implementing a science strategy often goes to educating, building trust, and dealing with pushback. And trust me, there will be pushback. I’ve had clients where every step felt like a battle in those early stages. But by staying patient and continuing to educate, eventually, the pushback eases, and that trust builds. I once worked with a Head of Product at a nonprofit who was fully on board with using science to guide their product direction. Unfortunately, they were the only leadership member who felt that way. I found myself spending a lot of our meetings justifying why we needed to do literature reviews, market analysis, and user experience testing. It wasn’t quick, and it wasn’t easy, but it was worth it. We ended up publishing three papers, and presenting internationally, and they landed partnerships that wouldn’t have happened otherwise. The pushback turned into enthusiasm because we took the time to build that trust. If you’re on the “science-first” team and you’re facing resistance, hang in there. Keep educating, keep building that trust, and you’ll turn skeptics into believers. #sciencestrategy #fractionalCSO #businessleadership

Certified OBM® | Strive 4 Excellence, Growth, & Success | Driving Business Efficiency, Accountability & Results
It's International Cat Day, so here's a vaguely serious post about what an OBM can bring to your business, illustrated by Strive4's Chief Innovation Officer, Flash 🐱: ✅ Offer a new perspective: sometimes, a fresh set of eyes is just what's needed, especially when you've hit a growth plateau. An OBM can bring a wealth of business experience and ideas with them, perfect for helping you to manage the next step on your business venture. ✅ Coordinate planning activities: whether you're looking at the upcoming month, quarter or year, having a plan and setting some goals will help you to keep some forward momentum. An OBM can help you to set those goals and keep you on track to achieve them. ✅ Analyse metrics and patterns: if you don't measure it, how can you improve it? Whether it's product performance, budgets and return on investment, or team output, it needs to be measured. An OBM will do this for you, and illustrate where improvements and tweaks can be made. #OBM #InternationalCatDay #Strive4

Dear Colleagues, Among the District Export Councils (DECs), Trade DNA has become a vital focus for engaging with universities and schools across the nation. For over two decades, DECs have worked on addressing the challenges of building traditional educational models and establishing sustainable structures in today’s ever-evolving educational landscape. One standout program that aligns with this mission is X-Culture, a nonprofit initiative that has inspired students of all levels about the value of global business and exporting for over 14 years. X-Culture’s innovative approach enhances the goals of Trade DNA and provides additional value to both students and businesses. According to current National DEC Chair, Jonathan Szucs: "For any small business looking to solve issues, including growing internationally, X-Culture is a must. It blends student teams with businesses to find simple solutions to complex problems. These solutions can change the trajectory of a small business, increasing its revenue and profitability. I would recommend X-Culture to any business." We encourage you to explore testimonials, watch short videos, and discover why X-Culture works: 🔹 Tell them, and they’ll forget. 🔹 Show them, and they’ll remember. 🔹 Engage them, and they’ll understand. If this sparks your interest, we welcome a discussion on how X-Culture can support your DEC’s Trade DNA vision.

Celebrating my new certification! Designing the Organization https://lnkd.in/dVX92yd4 This course is good to understand the life cycle of the corporate, where does it stand. Many companies died and many will if not adapting to the market changes. Adapting could be through exploiting the current strength points and exploring new fields where she can compete in. Finally, it is very important for companies to understand the theory of disruptive innovation as it is an entrance to the new child companies to enter the market and take a share from the dominating one, by time, it can remove it away.
