Don't invest in a fancy office! A lot of times when we think of starting a business, we aspire to set up a fancy office with high-quality furniture, fancy interior design, etc. When you are starting, you have very limited access to capital and every single resource you think of. You will attract talent for your vision, goals, and the impact that you create through your work. A fancy office can attract but can't retain talent. Investing in business is all about, ✅ Right team ✅ Improving your skillset/ knowledge ✅ Spending time on validating your idea ✅ Building a professional network. ✅ Connecting with the target customers What do you think about this?

An unorthodox approach in cultivating a positive workspace by having a vanity or mirror in your office can have several benefits for your confidence, sales, and revenue. I personally implement this in every aspect in my life and it has improved my relationship with others while continuing to my success financially. - A vanity or mirror can help you check and improve your appearance before meeting with clients or colleagues, which can boost your self-esteem and professionalism. - A vanity or mirror can provide additional lighting and magnification, which can help you apply makeup more precisely and avoid mistakes that might affect your image. - A vanity or mirror can create an ambiance of elegance and luxury, which can impress your customers and make them more likely to trust you and buy your products or services. - A vanity or mirror can make your office feel larger and brighter, which can enhance your mood and productivity. Therefore, having a vanity or mirror in your office can be a worthwhile investment for your business success. 😊

Reflecting on the Paris 2024 Olympic Games: A Vision for the Future of Urban Living With the Paris 2024 Olympic Games now behind us, it's a moment to reflect on more than just the unforgettable athletic performances. The Games also offered a glimpse into the future of urban development, particularly through the Olympic Village designed by Dream Architecture. As I watched the closing ceremony, I couldn’t help but think about the legacy these Games will leave behind—especially in the Saint-Denis district, where the Olympic Village will soon transform into a thriving, sustainable neighborhood. This project isn’t just about housing athletes; it’s about crafting a space that will continue to serve the community for years to come. What’s truly inspiring is how DREAM design balances function and sustainability. The buildings are energy-efficient, the rooftops are green, and public spaces are thoughtfully integrated to encourage community interaction. It’s a powerful reminder that architecture can—and should—be about more than just aesthetics; it should be about creating spaces that are adaptable and that enrich the lives of the people who use them. As we move forward, the lessons from Paris 2024 will hopefully inspire other cities. It’s exciting to think about how large events like the Olympics can leave a positive, lasting impact on urban landscapes, shaping them into places where future generations can live, work, and play. - [Dream Architecture - Paris Olympic Village Project]https://lnkd.in/e6JCB9ec - [Dezeen Article on Paris Olympic Village Office Conversion] https://lnkd.in/eQAXAsMP

#1 mistake in designing a building: Hoping no one hates it. Instead, know your target resident, retailer, office tenant, or hotel guest - and build something that those people will love. It's fine if some people hate it! Building for everyone means building for no one.

Did You Know? According to industry reports, businesses that use dome cameras in high-traffic areas see a 25% reduction in vandalism incidents! This is largely due to their tamper-resistant design, making it harder for potential vandals to interfere with the cameras or escape detection. Whether it’s monitoring your storefront, office, or outdoor spaces, dome cameras provide durable, discreet, and wide-angle coverage, helping to keep your business secure and minimise costly damage. If you're looking for a smart way to safeguard your business, consider dome cameras for a reliable solution that stands up to tampering!
