The excitement I get when I receive an invitation to attend a function to share what we offer as a company. Every month comes with its own blessings and challenges. Today is the 2nd day of August and the invitation couldn't fail to be celebrated. Yes I was given a platform to showcase our products as SUPA STEPS. I could be over excited over the small wins but that's me. I celebrate every small win as a company. Let us learn to acknowledge and celebrate the small wins. By doing this you get motivated to start striking higher. You would want to win big after starting small. I encourage us to start celebrating the little wins. This will elevate your company to the next level. Appreciating your efforts will lead to getting rewarded when you start closing sales. In sales effort is appreciated and a close is rewarded. Let's start by appreciating our efforts then get rewarded. I celebrate myself and the entire work force of our company. We will not get tired of acknowledging our achievements.

Helping your sales teams WIN bigger, faster, and more consistently through custom-built sales training and coaching based on the Tiny Sales Habits Process TM
Trying to be productive while on jury duty today... We've had several calls this month asking, "do you have anything new for sales training for our team?" When we dive in, the biggest opportunity for improving performance and results isn't in the new and shiny. We do have some new things but new ways to get teams executing the fundamentals at a high level and with consistency is the biggest value we bring. #tinysaleshabits #salestraining #roi

I cannot believe I used to sit three feet from Purna Virji once upon a time!!!!! How awesome Purna is and always was - and WHAT A HIGH IMPACT creative communicator! Go Purna Virji! Follow Purna Virji for high-impact content marketing! #ContentMarketing #ContentStrategy #PurnasProTip 📣

Today's #PurnasProTip is part-advice and part-humble brag (i.e., the spirit of LinkedIn as some might say :D) At LinkedIn’s recent SK25 (Sales Kickoff for FY25), I was given the Global Customer Science MVP Award. 🥰 This recognition is extra special because it shines a spotlight on the incredible work my teamies - the incredible Innovators - and I have accomplished together. 🙌 Spread across 12 timezones and spanning 6 different areas of specialty, this team comes together to dream big, have fun, and get a LOT done. Now, here’s the real MVP lesson aka this week's #PurnasProTip: Go where you’re loved. While this may sound simple on the surface, psychological safety and being encouraged to succeed are guaranteed career accelerators. Surround yourself with people who lift you up, cheer for your wins (like my CSC teammates are in the video!!), and genuinely want to see you thrive. That support is more than just the proverbial wind beneath your wings; it can power you to move mountains and achieve what you never imagined could be possible. And do it in a way that lights you up inside. Whereas, if you’re in an environment where there’s little to no psychological safety then you’re not setting yourself up for success. Sure it may work in the short term. But any success in that kind of an environment comes at a huge cost to you. It’s rarely ever worth it. Whether it’s leaders, colleagues, mentors, or friends, seek out those who believe in your potential and celebrate your achievements. So, here’s to teamwork, gratitude, and the joy of celebrating each other’s victories! 🥂 (Hugest thank you to my leaders: Pearce Delisle, Gina Wolf and Melissa (Mel) Furze - and credit to Gina for this video! I’m so touched by it!)

We are the partner of choice for international B2B companies committed to driving growth through training and developing their sales teams
is 'revenue the by-prodcut of problem solving'? That should imply that problem solving is a leading indicator of future revenue? Is there a way to codify and track that? The opposite of problem-based sales is the 'show up and throw' up mode so how do we know which one our sales people are following?

"You are bigger than your fear," the quote I resonate the most currently. This month had been full of learnings. Recently, I completed my training stints & landed in a final role for next 6 months. From a person who was hell scared of sales to getting shaped into the one who says, let it come, what may, had been an incredibly transformative. Sales is never linear; there are peaks & dips. But, numbers do hit hard. Throughout my journey, I've had breakthrough moments that propelled me forward—significant wins, successful deals closed against all odds, and moments of personal growth and realization. But, agreeably enough, more than the company where you work, the company with whom you work matters. I can't thank my team enough for their unwavering support. Here's to embracing the non-linear path, celebrating resilience, and finding success in the face of adversity. Cheers to the journey ahead! #Growth #Learnings #Journey #Sales #Schindler
