In the spirit of the team, here's why you might (and might not) want to work with us: 💚💚💚: - We're responsible for building out the story of Qualtrics, the long-lasting and legacy building nature of the org, it's AI-centricity, and the way it's giving our customers access to data (and therefore actions) they've never had before, and what it means for the people who work here. - We sit in the People team as an independent arm of the org. So we partner with TA, PR, Internal Comms, Marketing, and many others, but have autonomy by being nested directly under our Chief People Officer - We have a fairly engaged group of people around the world, making our focus on employee generated content one that's been pretty simple to fulfill. - We're focused on multi-touch attribution models for measuring success. While most teams are still focused on "source of hire," we're focused on "brand influence" and seeing that our candidates have interacted with the brand - not just that they applied in the moment - meaning you have a much clearer measure of your success at work. 🚩🚩🚩: - We've had a lot of change as an organization - especially over the last year. Our wider team can still be finding its footing again, so sometimes making employee content doesn't resonate. - We're super focused as a business - so you have to go in with your "A game" to get folks to buy in to partnering or doing things like Content Collective. It's not a given. - Folks at Qualtrics are big on understanding *why* - why we're doing something, why something will work, why XYZ hasn't been done. I put it down to the folks we've hired - they're successful, engaged, and used to being some of the best people in the places they work. But it also means you'll get challenged in ways you might not have before. It's fun, but can be hard. - We run out of Caesar salad in Provo obscenely early on a Monday. Six months ago, I said that when it comes to job searching, "it's not what you know, it's who you know". I then put out a call for people who were hiring in our industry or related industries to let me know what open roles they had with an offer to connect them to very qualified candidates. Through that process, I was able to get a few people connected with new opportunities. Now that we're poised for a busy back half of the year and beyond, it's time to do it again. Our industry has exceptional, highly qualified people who are actively searching for their next opportunity! These candidates know how to: -Acquire and distribute films and other content into cinemas -Create compelling cinema programming that audiences want to see -Create film, brand and F&B marketing campaigns that drive conversion -Foster relationships with cinema exhibitors, film studios and vendors -Operate cinemas -Project management, data analytics and forecasting/modeling As I said in my previous post, I've been the fortunate beneficiary of people's willingness to help me make connections in the past and I feel a deep sense of responsibility to do the same for others.
