𝑯𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒓𝒖𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒔, 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒐𝒍𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒂 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆❗ Age is just a number. Older professionals are self-motivated and disciplined in perfecting their craft. They are excellent candidates for the workplace. They bring wisdom and experience and can be mentors to younger employees. They can extrapolate and fill in gaps in knowledge because they have years of experience to draw upon. And they don't need hand holding; they are resourceful. They are motivated to contribute and be relevant in today's world. Other nations value and respect their seniors but in the U.S. we discard our seniors. This thinking has to change as we have a tsunami of baby boomers who are mentally and physically fit and eager to keep on working. Let's employ them and pair them with younger workers who can learn from them. I specialize in transitioning late career, mature professionals and senior executives, either advance or reinvent their careers. July 27th, LONG TRACK RACE!!!! Yes, that's right, Saturday night the 27th we will be using BOTH SIDES so bring your walking shoes if you plan to crash, 😂🤣😁 This will be 7" specific so if you have a 7'incher you like to show off, this is the race for you! 🍆🌶 This is primarily a Street League points race. (The other half from the one we held during Mayhem earlier this year.) Depending on if enough people have them, we may also throw in a heat or two of the MultiGP Pro Spec 7'inchers, just know these won't be seeded into finals and won't get SL points from those heats. OR... We may run the entire SL race and then run some Pro Spec heats for fun afterward, again all depends on if we have enough folks wanting to do that, so here's your "Heads-Up". So mark your calendars, apply for your hall pass, and hope to see you there!!!!! Entry fee with be $20 and signup is here - https://lnkd.in/gf5xbxvF

The product of a horse getting from A to B is his or her stride, made up of stride length (distance travelled per stride) and stride frequency (the number of strides per second).🐴 The horse's height and limb length is a contributing factor while stride length is heavily affected by both surface/ground and the topography of the racecourse - slower going or uphill sections shorten a horse's stride and vice versa. There are exceptions, but generally speaking 5f sprinters have a higher stride frequency than horses who run over 1m and above. Here is last year's Kentucky Derby winner (Mage) compared to recent runs of this year's main contenders for Saturday's 2024 eagerly anticipated renewal. It's interesting to see the difference between say Stronghold (short length/high frequency) and Sierra Leone and Just A Touch who stride long and 'slow'...
