The male birth control gel, known as ADAM, was created in 2015 and is deemed totally safe and effective—and, here’s the kicker: it qualifies for local anesthesia. Meanwhile, the female IUD insertion is still largely performed without any pain relief. Doctors downplay the often painful procedure, while men’s comfort in this medical procedure is immediately prioritized. We'll continue to push for the same urgency and consideration as men in many facets of women’s healthcare. Comments section is open to your thoughts. 👀 🎥 @drmangs via Instagram

Michelle Froah, Global Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer at ETS outlines the benefits of focusing on skills, rather than just credentials. (Think: degrees or tons of experience.) Hiring and promoting in this way opens up opportunities for more people and fosters more inclusive and agile workplaces. Not only does this approach help companies build solid, adaptable teams, but it empowers individuals to grow based on skill, capabilities, and genuine interests.

What you’re watching is a common postpartum period in Taiwanese culture—which looks drastically different than what mothers often experience in the U.S. It’s full of physical, mental and emotional rest, nourishing foods, and plenty of time for intentional mother-baby bonding. In prioritizing postpartum in this way, their culture acknowledges a mother’s wellbeing as foundational to her baby’s and family’s health. It promotes hormonal balance, positive mental health, and better physical health after giving birth—many things that mothers struggle with when they’re rushed back to their lives, just with a brand new tiny human. What can we do to raise postpartum standards and set mothers up for success? ✅ Extend postpartum care beyond six weeks ✅ Encourage deeper community and family support ✅ Improve postpartum education and remove stigma ✅ Learn from cultures like this one to integrate holistic postpartum care 🎥 @datelinesbs via Instagram

Jalen Hurts is breaking barriers on and off the field. 🏈 He’s the first player in #NFL history to build an all-female management team. He shared, "For me to have a platform to give them a position, a platform to achieve something that they desire, something that means so much to them, I know I have a team full of go-getters that's going to work and it done by any means and I don't think that's defined by whether you're a female or a male." #Superbowl

Did you know that 94% of C-suite female executives have played a competitive sport? An athletic background leads to success on and off the field. Why? Sports teach girls that defeat is just part of the game, how to be a team player and most importantly, confidence. On #NationalWomenAndGirlsInSportsDay we honor the athletes who have shown us the way!
