This weekend, I was listening to the Conversations with Zendesk podcast and the most recent episode from last week was with CEO Tom Eggemeier giving his thoughts on AI and the intersection of CX. The episode is full of great perspectives (I highly recommend it - it's an easy listen at ~20 minutes), but a few stood out to me that I see time and time again with customers and prospects I work with. It's not as easy to "see" the ROI. 🔹 Consumers are not afraid to switch brands due to poor CX. 💬 61% of consumers will switch brands due to a bad CX experience. It's north of 70% if they give you a second chance and you mess that one up too. As #AI continues to proliferate the CX industry, these stats amplify the risk of getting it wrong...
