Have you won in 2023? Winning is to be measured not so much by the position attained in life, but by the obstacles which one has overcome. We often ignore the positive happenings, and focus on the negatives and goals unattained, which leaves us demotivated. To achieve more wins, it starts by seeing oneself as a winner, celebrate and appreciate every obstacle overcomed and even the simplest milestones attained. Every win is a reflection of the state of mind, the moment you win in the inside, its only a matter of time before it materializes outside. Guide your mind diligently as you recount the happenings of 2023 with a winner’s mindset, while maintaining a winning attitude into 2024. Remember, the task ahead of us can never, ever be greater than the power within us…Joseph Shabalala Cheers to more wins!🎉🎉🎉

We spend our time chasing achievement, success, accolades, and the next thing. "Allen has figured out what life is about, life is about finding enough. And when you find enough... you often find more than enough." When you need a two minute break today to refocus watch Allen's story. Of course, reaching the #final #destination is a big accomplishment too. But the quote emphasizes that the journey itself holds value. It's about acknowledging the small wins along the way and celebrating your commitment to progress. So, if you've been putting off a worthwhile goal, this is a great reminder to take that first step. You're already on the path to success! #ekdegreeapnigrowthklia #growwithgrpahicerauniversity

Marketing Professional | Project Manager | Empowering Brands through Collaborative Marketing Coordination | Versatile & Innovative
You have reached your destination. Welcome to the winner's circle! They whispered doubts. They threw shade. Some might even have tried to trip you up. But here's the thing: winners are built, not born. Every setback became an opportunity for growth, and every doubt fueled your motivation. You reached the winner's circle. True winners aren't born – they're forged in the fire of resilience. The journey wasn't easy. Every hurdle became a stepping stone, and every doubt became your fuel. This journey is what defines a true winner. And you, you are most definitely a winner. Well done for accomplishing another week! #winnerscircle #winnersweek #growthmindset #nevergiveup

Facilitator of better decision-making and business transformation through critical analysis of data through FP&A based on a pragmatic approach by leveraging adaptability, positivity and Innovation.
As many of you know by now, I had to opportunity to take stock of where I am at this stage of my career and where I want to go. Having faced the challenges life throws at you, I've come to learn that rather seeing the challenge as a setback, taking the positive approach of seeing setbacks as an opportunity to transform and learn serves one much better. Below is a picture of the 100m final for men at the most recent Olympics that I've always enjoyed watching. You may recall that Carl Lewis won the controversial 1988 100m event in a time of 9.92. This year the slowest of the 8 individuals, Oblique Seville from Jamaica, finished with a time of 9.91.... All 8 finalists would have won gold in 1988 and would have beaten the famous Carl Lewis. This leads me to the importance of continuous learning, re-evaluating your habits, and adapting your ways by CHOOSING to transform into a better and improved version of yourself. By embracing the challenges, despite the discomfort they present, it allows you to learn, grow, become more resilient and stronger on the other side. You learn to become more compassionate and adaptive as individual. If you don't embrace them, you may face the reality of no longer being included in the finals despite good historic reputation or credentials..... I would encourage each person that goes through a challenging time to try and remain positive and adaptive in seeking opportunities to self-observe, self-evaluate, to self-improve. I call this process as transforming from survival mode to thriving mode through adaptitude.
