That's why we started the Personal Resilience program at the Center for Accounting Transformation, to provide resources that can be utilized by everyone in accounting to help prevent burnout or to get help if you are seeing some of the warning signs. #betterbizculture

Such a good reminder that work-related stress risk assessments are not just a 'good to have' but is actually a requirement! 😊 I would however be amiss if I didn't also highlight that this is not merely a compliance issue either, it is such a vital topic to address due to its immense impact on the worker as well as the company's bottom line due to the effects of absences, staff retention and presenteeism! Treat work-related stress as a true workplace hazard and you are not only ensuring compliance, but making a smart business decision and at the very ♥️ of it, truly making a positive impact on your employees wellbeing!
