Last week, we celebrated the team with brunch and a game of 'Où Est le Poulet?'. Our office is now filled with chicken hats! We can't let them go to waste, so we're considering making them a permanent TYG uniform. What came first, the recruiter or the role? 🐔 🥚

Happy Holi everyone! 🤗 This year, with some of us away from home, we decided to celebrate Holi together as a team! We had a blast throwing colors (the safe kind ) and sharing some yummy snacks. It might seem silly, but these celebrations really do bring us closer. It's a great way to break the ice with new colleagues, have some laughs with familiar faces, and create a more positive atmosphere in the office. After all, happy team members are productive team members! So, next time you're thinking about a team-building activity, consider something a little different! You might be surprised at how much fun you have and how much closer it makes your team. #holicelebrations #teambuilding #happyteam #workfam #positiveworkculture #preoductiveteam #happyholi

Taking time to appreciate and connect with your team is invaluable. In the hustle and bustle of daily tasks, it's easy to get caught up in deadlines and projects. But sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is to pause, leave everything behind, and spend quality time with your team. A simple gesture, like taking your team out for lunch, can make a significant impact. It shows that you value them not just as employees, but as individuals. It fosters a sense of belonging and boosts morale, which in turn can lead to increased productivity and job satisfaction. Remember, a happy team is a productive team. Take the time to listen, appreciate, and connect with those who work alongside you. It’s these moments of recognition and togetherness that build a stronger, more cohesive team.

Secret Ingredient of a Great Company Culture! Have you ever wondered what makes a workplace truly exceptional? I think I've cracked the code, and it's all about the little things that make a big difference. Not just the industry standards like "great commission" or perks such as "Beer Fridges" and "Incentive Trips." I believe that strong relationships are the foundation of success. That's why we prioritize activities that bring our team closer together, whether it's through friendly competitions or simply sharing a laugh. For example, we were lucky enough to be able to clock off early on Thursday for a game of rounders. Small things like this make a world of difference and genuinely let you let your hair down and have a laugh. It also helps when your team wins! #winnerwinnerchickendinner

From a procurement perspective this is interesting and something worth sharing. Good examples on how a private company through procurement can support a sustainable transition – Keep up the good work #foodbycoor🌍#sustainable procurement

"A Brickie alone is just a stone, but add all those Brickies together, and you end up with a powerful team." 💙 Brickies are first and foremost proud of where they work and radiate it. They are true Unibricks ambassadors and, as a "proud Brickie," never miss an opportunity to put their employer in the spotlight. A Brickie understands that a company can only grow through good cooperation. Alone, you stand nowhere. Excellent teamwork, both with your own team and all other teams, is therefore high on the priority list. By combining the knowledge of different teams and keeping communication open across departmental boundaries, we come up with creative out-of-the-box ideas that are crucial for successful growth. Also outside office hours Brickies like to engage in conversation and be inspired by other sector specialists, colleagues & partners. They also like to drink a pint to scout future fellow Brickies at the pub.

Happines at work> Celebrate everything Celebrating your employees is one of the best ways to build team camaraderie. Whether it’s a birthday, promotion, or work anniversary, take any opportunity you can to pause and give team members public recognition. Even the smallest actions, like saying “happy birthday” during a company-wide meeting, can make a big difference. You could also take the team to dinner to celebrate someone’s new role or give out a certificate to honor an employee’s first full year with the company. However you do it, celebrations are one of the most effective ways to forge stronger team bonds. 😃

When I joined Take a Seat, one of the biggest things that was a non-negotiable for me was a great company culture. Culture is everything here. We're not just coworkers, we're friends too. We laugh, we learn, and we crush goals together. We believe in work hard, play hard. We're serious about our jobs, but we also know how to unwind. Whether it's team outings like today where we will be celebrating birthdays or just hanging out, we've always got each other's backs. Everyone here has a voice. We're all about open communication and fresh ideas. No egos, just people passionate about what we do. A strong team culture is the foundation of our success. It's what brings us together, drives innovation, and ultimately really makes me look forward to coming into work each day. How important is a company culture to you?
