Interesting article on the best supplements for women! I appreciate the emphasis on targeted nutrition, especially the focus on vitamins like D and B12 for overall health. However, I'd love to see more discussion on the importance of innovative technologies, like bioconversion methods, that enhance nutrient absorption and efficacy.
