At first when I joined Stamina, I was very surprised when I found out the team has regular meetings on Fridays to discuss books. I did not understand the idea behind it; I just thought of it as a team-building activity. After a few discussions, I quickly noticed that the company started to implement the ideas offered in those books since, during those meetings, we discussed how someone else’s years of experience and expertise could be interpreted in the case of Stamina. As the saying goes, experience is the best teacher, but a smart person is one who learns from someone else’s experience and mistakes. ✅ Started reading this book for our meeting on Friday, will share the details later so you can also learn from someone else’s experience and perspectives.
