Nice saying. Those are great words; still, be careful when saying them. If a manager doesn't feel that way, it will look like manipulation. A manager has to feel gratitude. That is mastery for a manager if he deals with ten other problems on the same day. Sometimes, it feels like managers are expected to be superheroes. Maybe. When managers are superheroes, then employees should be superheroes as well. Let's share responsibility - a manager also loves to hear these words if they are sincere. We are all human beings, and we all have problems. Let's learn to manage ourselves first; communication and performance will jump to the next level. Did anyone say teamwork? 🤪 #consciousleadership #expandyourself #ownyourlife #theleader #leadershiplifestyle #redefiningleadership
