Such an honor to be included on the closing panel for Home Care 100's "Exploring New Frontiers" conference. In my workshop today with a local children’s hospital foundation, I was struck by the similarity between #OKRs and #designthinking. Not in their structure, application or impact but rather in their effect on teams. In both, there is no outcome without the full engagement of every team member. In both, team members feel challenged, yet supported. In both, high aspirations are encouraged and nurtured. In both, diverse perspectives are valued. No wonder I am a huge advocate of combining the two.
