It's been a great few days already, but I am looking forward to speaking with fellow leaders at Home Care 100 at the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club in California today! ⭐️Exciting Day at Health Quality BC Forum⭐️ Yesterday, Dan Dumsha and I had the incredible opportunity to inspire a room full of wonderful leaders on saying YES, to STORYTELLING. The energy in the room was palpable, and we’re still buzzing with excitement from the experience! Throughout the event, we were privileged to hear and share remarkable stories, forging meaningful connections along the way. It was truly inspiring to witness the impact of storytelling and bringing people together, driving positive change and to dive into the world of Improv with us! I shouldn't say this, but...... when I see a leadership panel comprised of only middle-aged white people .............. I can't help but feel really disappointed and frustrated. We do have diversity in healthcare! If you are the organiser of a healthcare event and every speaker is white and middle aged, please pause and then cast the net a little bit wider. It's not as hard as you think. If you can be bothered............................. #diversitymatters #RepresentationMatters
