We jump at the opportunity to share a completed project as it represents the excellent work we stand for, as well as the excellent partners we're grateful to work with! The Wizards of the Coast project was a 90,000 sq ft high-end TI that spanned across 3 floors at the Southport Complex in Renton. We spoke with the project's Superintendent, Tony Avolonitis:     "The Wizards of the Coast Project would not have been successful without talented electricians, strong foreman leadership, and an involved project management staff. The project had challenging moments regarding the specialty lighting and compressed schedule. For us to overcome such challenges it was imperative for us to have a GC partner who is intimately involved and always willing to work hand in hand... thankfully for us, Venture General Contracting was just that kind of GC! To overcome the challenges of an aggressive schedule, it was crucial that we had a good staff and team to coordinate the day-to-day work and manage the crew."   Included in the project scope were several specialty suites including an interactive game room, game testing, as well as an audio production room. The project was completed in an 8-month time period. We are so proud of every single person on the Titan Electric team that helped make this project a success!
