When I ran both departments I "rebranded" us to the Smarketing department of Revenue. Game of Thrones was all the rage so we became, "House Smark". There was a bit of political infighting but it helped to rally the bannermen under one house with a common goal.. Or I just really liked being referred to as "King in the North"... I mean, you know or whatever. Anyways here's Flaming Quicksand...
