Read below for five different ways to create delicious bacon: - American bacon: thin slices of pork belly that are usually cured and smoked. - Canadian bacon: thick round slices of pork loin, usually cured and smoked. - Pancetta: seasoned and salt-cured meat cut from the pig’s underside. - Prosciutto: salt-cured bacon cut from the hind leg of a pig and often uncooked. - Uncured bacon: bacon cured without using artificial nitrates.

One-Pan Cabbage and Bacon! Ingredients: - 6 ounces of bacon - 16 ounces of green cabbage - 2 tablespoons of butter - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Let's start by cutting the cabbage and bacon into small, bite-sized pieces. 2. Next, heat up a pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until it's nice and crispy. 3. Now, add the cabbage and butter to the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté the cabbage until it's golden and tender. 4. Finally, serve it up in a bowl and drizzle with those delicious pan juices.

Leave the crust.🍕 As a self-proclaimed pizza connoisseur, I often get asked why I don't eat the crust. It's not that I don't like it, but I certainly enjoy the middle with all that zesty sauce, tasty cheese, and delicious toppings much more. With only so much stomach space available, I choose to eat the best parts and ignore the rest. Isn’t every day is kinda like a big ol’ pizza pie, offering more than can be consumed. There’s no way to fit it all in. So, maybe to start this new week, consider the pizza strategy and dig into the most important parts first. Leave all that crust sitting. Using garlic knots as the crust, I topped it with fresh mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, and pepperoni. But here's the twist - I added taco seasoning as the secret ingredient and drizzled it with olive oil. The result was a delicious and unique pizza that I would definitely make again.
