Purchase can fall through, clients can lose their dream homes, and opportunities can slip away - all because of slow responses, unclear communication and in some cases brokers ignoring clients. Hearing this from so many professionals confirmed: getting it right isn’t just about securing the best rate; it’s about acting fast and keeping everyone in the loop.
