This is especially true for entrepreneurs! Unfortunately, it's taboo to talk about it openly. It cuts against the grain of current "entrepreneurship" culture. We feel like we have to look the other way and pretend it's not real. The long-term cost in pain and burnout by not addressing the need to acquire the mental fitness habits to survive and succeed sucks. I think it's better to see Mental Fitness as a core skillset of entrepreneurship and address it upfront. A small investment upfront to acquire the Mental Fitness habits needed to succeed as an entrepreneur through startup and for decades to follow could do a lot of good in this world.
